Applications of Nanowire & Nanotube Devices in Logic Circuit

Nanoelectronic devices and logic circuits, designed with carbon nanotube (CNT) and semiconductor nanowires (SNW), are reported, such as CNT field effect transistor (FET), nanowire logic-gate structures. And they are analyzed by comparing traditional semiconductor devices with nanodevices. These nanodevices have good electric properties at room temperature.
