The Analysis of Security and Improvement Plan Based on IPSec

First,some issues on the security of IPSec are discussed,then a layered IPSec mechanism is put forward to solve these issues.The layered IPSec mechanism protects the data by zoning the data packages and adopting compound security association technologies.As a result,it avoids the conflict between the end to end network security mechanism in IPSec and the incapability of some new applications to access higher protocols.
