Research on Intelligent Algorithm of Residual Current Monitoring System for Electrical Fire Prevention

Currently,fixed alarm threshold is introduced in the residual current monitoring system for electric fire prevention,which results in false alarm and irresponsiveness in practice.In this paper,the reasons of false alarm and irresponsiveness and the limitation of the fixed alarm threshold were analyzed.The new type of intelligent algorithm was introduced by analyzing the residual current and load current data,which was able to adjust alarm threshold automatically and achieve alarm warning accurately.
