An Image Segmentation Method Based on Medical Image Contour

Medical image segmentation is the most fundamental and important technology in medical image processing,and its aim is to di vide the image space into some meaningful areas.The popular image processing technology is applied to dealing with medical images.How ever,for example,it’s not easy to achieve an obvious effect on becoming a cancerous liver image.In term of how to get a clear specific re gion of interest for doctors making auxiliary judgments,an image segmentation method based on medical image contour is proposed in the project.The kernel idea is to extract the coutour of tissues and organs images by using a new method,and then using the threshold segmen tation algorithm to caculate the areas in the outline.
