The Feasibility Analysis of Strategic Cooperation between 3PL and 4PL

From the bounded rationality and bounded information of player in economic activity,this paper introduces bounded rationality game theory,establishes a replication dynamics model and a economic model of existing private information,discusses the feasibility of cooperation between 4th-party logistics providers and 3th-party logistics providers based on replication dynamic equation's stability and asymmetric information.
