Multi-Source Temporal Data Aggregation in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Gene Expression Programming

A new model of multi-source temporal data aggregation based on gene expression programming(GEP),which is named GEP-MSDA,is presented.The GEP-MSDA model can aggregate multiple source data automatically without any pre-knowledge.Experiments and performance analysis on real datasets show that,compared with the traditional methods,this model can filter more redundant data,effectively reduce the communication cost and remain a high precision.
