Study on Improvement of Dial Algorithm

The paper analyzed the Dial algorithm briefly pointing to the limitation shown on its application in real road network, and then improved the algorithm in three parts: the getting of shortest paths, improvement of Logit model and the application of connectivity on road network. Finally, it raised the algorithm improved.
