Evaluation of ERCP combined with enhancement CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma

Objective To assess evaluation of ERCP combined with enhancement CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 68 pancreatic carcinoma patients were analyzed retrospectively to compare the results of ERCP with those of enhancement CT and B-US.Results The diagnostic accuracies of ERCP,enhancement CT,B-US,and ERCP combined with enhancement CT were 87.88%(29/33),88.24%(60/68),47.06%(32/68) and 96.97% (32/33),respectively.The accuracy of ERCP was higher than B-US.And combining ERCP with enhancement CT will lead to a better result than using ERCP,enhancement CT or B-US separately.Conclusion ERCP is an effective technique in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.ERCP combined with enhancement CT can raise the diagnostic accuracy.
