Piezoelectric Material Parameters Testing System Based on Digital Quadrature Transformation

Digital quadrature sampling method was introduced to piezoelectric parameters testing system in this paper.Two aspects were studied: piezoelectric parameters testing method and theory of digital quadrature.Then the system designed was completed and gave the corresponding mode of software and hardware.Finally mechanical quality factor and electromechanical coupling coefficient could be calculated with error analysis.Testing results showed that this method could accurately measure the resonant frequency,mechanical quality factor and resonance frequency(testing errors within 1%).Additionally this system could accurately record the variation trend of the impedance parameters in a range of frequencies.
