Optimal Power Allocation for Linear Multi-hop Network Based on Network Coding

In a Rayleigh fading environment,an Optimal Power Allocation(OPA) scheme is proposed for the linear multi-hop network based on physical-layer network coding.Under the system outage probability constraint,the OPA scheme is realized by minimizing the total power consumption and using convex optimization theory.Numerical result shows that the OPA scheme can get the optimal transmission of each node power,and it reduces the total transmit power,especially when the node number or the path loss factor is large.
