Discussion on Flexible Quantitative Project Management Scheme for Research and Development Institutions

The project management in R D institutions is analyzed in depth.Aiming at the extensive management and inefficient use of production resources,a computerized flexible quantitative management scheme,suitable for variety and small batch manufacture,is suggested with the concepts of delicacy management and efficiency orientation.With the scheme,the match between workload and the available resources,people and machine,can be monitored and controlled,so as to optimize the project schedule.
