Application of Bar Code Technology in a Management System for University Recruitment

This paper introduces the structure,encoding method,and the computation process for code checking of a kind of unidimensional bar code,Code39.Based on Code39,a management system for university recruitment was designed under C/S mode.The system consists of four modules,which are data management,bar code creation and printing,checking in,and statistic report.With the application of this system,the data of freshers can be fully collected and managed in time,securely and accurately.Therefore,the system is valuable for practical use.
