Researches on Feasibility of Application of Non-crystal Alloy Dry Transformer in Subway System

The energy-saving principle and characteristics of amorphous alloy transformer are introduced in this paper.Then,the scheme that using amorphous alloy transformer to reduce the no-load loss of distribution transformer in metro is proposed.Combined with the characteristics of metro system,the feasibility of applying and popularizing amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is verified.
