When medical Images are applied to diagnose patient's condition and make radiation therapy planning,measurements of the organs and lesions play an important role.The paper studies the distance measurement between any two points based on 3D medical volume data,studies the surface area measurement of tissues and organs based on the triangular patches of 3D surface rendering,studies the volume measurement of tissues and organs based on 3D volume rendering.High measurement accuracy is achieved in the experiment.
