Research on transforming the application model of files

Files of our country have long been in closed position and not well applied.It is now essential to transform the application of the old files to adapt to the development of making government affairs public online.We may start from attaching importance to the file receiver's status,establishing the current files browser center and government websites to integrate the file management.These will fully create the applied values of the files for development of the times.
