Web Service Description and Selection Mechanism Based on QoS Ontology

With the fast development of Web service,how to select the most suitable Web service within a large amount of function-equal Web services is a hot issue.Proposed a QoS ontology-based,QoS-aware selection of service.Initially specified a QoS ontology and its vocabulary to describe QoS metrics.Based on that,proposed a QoS selection model which combines semantic match and value match together.Using an optimum normalization algorithm,we presented a fair and dynamic selection mechanism and there was a demo case in the end.
