STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF AUTOMATIC DISPATCHING AND MONITORING SYSTEM FOR RESERVOIR IRRIGATION AREA

An automatic dispatching and monitoring system for the reservoir irrigation area is developed by taking the XueYe Reservoir in Laiwu City as an example.The system consists of three parts: monitoring subsystem,dispatching subsystem and data management subsystem.The real-time monitoring of water-circumstance,rain-circumstance and working-circumstance can be guaranteed through the design of monitoring subsystem.The dispatching subsystem is used for decision-making.A data management based on GIS is achieved in the data management subsystem.The system is proved to be useful and efficient through the application in XueYe Reservoir
