Study on Hydraulic Information Service in "Digital Valley"

This paper discusses the information service modes of watershed hydraulic information service satisfying different information users demands in the development process of digital construction. Hydraulic information service of digital oriented is different from the traditional service mode of manual search. It is not only based on Web information service, but also a new kind of watershed information service network that is oriented to the complicated and changeful requirements of information users of the whole valley based on multiple advanced techniques with the majored information service target of hydraulic information.
