It is essential for enterprises to choose E-business in the economic gobalization era. The modern E-business model should be a closely integrated system of the front CRM and the back ERP.Only by improving customer relations in CRM and optimizing technological process in ERP can the competitive capacity and the profit of enterprises be much enhanced.
