Study in Parlay/OSA Gateway Based on INAP

After a lot of study in Parlay/OSA APIs and Intelligent Network Application Protocol (INAP), the paper illustrates the mapping from Parlay/OSA APIs to INAP, analyze the mapping integrality and solve the problem of how to configure the event notification criteria.
