Analysis and Evaluation on the Efficiency of Information Industry Based on DEA

On the basis of building a DEA model used to evaluate the efficiency of the electrical information industry (EIS), this paper did the quantity computing for EIS production efficiency of our country during 1993-1999 and made the comprehensive analysis for it. Finally, a conclusion was given that though EIS production efficiency of our country always fluctuates, the total uptrend is good, and EIS production efficiency is accordant with its characteristics of high input and high output.
