Research and implementation of international standard electronic chart component

GIS(geography information system) software developing based on GIS component has become the mainstream.Although our country has the ability of producing international standard electronic chart data,there is no GIS component for international standard electronic chart data.On the base of research of the key problems on the electronic chart standard and COM component technology,the construction of electronic chart display platform was analyzed,and the design of display platform construction was completed.The display platform component has been realized using ATL under Visual C++ 6.0,which proves the method is feasible.
