Create Secure Login Desktop based on Credential Providers for Win7

With more and more people using computers,computers' security is increasingly important.Win7 operating system not only improve the appearance,but also have a comprehensive improvement and upgrading on the system security.Add or update a lot of security functional components.The most important development of the reform program model is the Credential Providers.In our daily life,the most important mean of guaranteeing private computer data security is to prevent strangers log into our computers.Under this requirement,Win7 offers the credential provider model for users to develop custom secure login desktop which adapt to their requirements.This paper compares the logon architecture in Win7 with the GINA-based logon architecture in Windows XP,and goes into detail about the advantages of the logon architecture in Win7,which provide new opportunities for creating custom secure login desktop.
