The Development of Computer and the Progress of Law

While promoting the productivity, the computer technology cultivates a new inter-person relathonship, so new laws are required to adjust it on the one hand, to guide and stimulate the positive elements, and on the other, to curb and guard against the negative elements. Three principles should be put forward to regulate the development of computer, which are the unification of the protection of IP and of market competition, the unification of the technical management on computer and the rule by law and foe unification of foe lagging behind and precedings of the legislation of computer development. The computer also has effect upon the legal technology area, such as computer-aided-legisla tion, computer-aided-investigation and compuler-aided-judgement.
