This paper analyses the characteristics and problems of the ticket trading Online, combining the present of the business booking railway ticket in Internet. And then, the application framework is proposed which has high transaction efficiency and is security. As a universal open architecture to develop the application of ticket e-commerce, It can be an important guide to standardize the software development of railway ticket reservation system in Internet, at the same time, It provides a good reference to other traffic reservation systems.
