Image denoising is an important issue in medical image processing. The classical denoising approach has the tradeoff between denoising and preserve the edge of the image. The anisotropic diffusion noise filtering can not only remove the noise of the image but also preserve the edge of the image. The wavelet transform can perform multiscale decomposing for the images, therefore the images can be processed in different scale. In this report, we perform image denoising based on the anisotropic diffusion filtering ,then enhancing the image in the wavelet domain. The experimental results indicate that the method can removal noise and enhance the image efficiently.
