Introduce low power-cost P89LV51RD2 as the core of control in the design and realization of frequency synthesizer based on VCO and PLL,with high,wide-band,stability and precision frequency.puting forward a high efficiency keyboard scanning program,four keys are used to realize the system input function,which cost less system time.Set and test frequency are displayed on LCD in real time.USB ICP is introduced to upgrade the software.Finally,the test result meets the design requirements.
