Development of the safety monitoring and prewarning system for oilfield gathering stations

The safety monitoring and prewarning system for oilfield gathering stations is developed according to the requirements of Jingbian Oil Production Plant in Yanchang Oilfield to the technology flow and safety production of the gathering stations.The system adopts industrial Ethernet and fieldbus,and it can realize the monitoring of the production process and the prewarning of the production accidents.The running results of the system show that it greatly improves the automation level of the production process,and enhances the safe guarantee ability of the gathering stations.Its application can be expanded in oilfields.
