The frequent change of the password can not prevent or defend the password from being stolen or cheated which might happen from time to time.Special protection should be explicitly stipulated in Individual Data Protection Law.In addition,the bank’s responsibility on the protection of the safety of customer’s password should be further defined;conditions should be created for the adoption of physiological dermal ridge technology in order to identify bank account.
