Present Situation and New Methods of Intelligent Monitoring of Dry Anaerobic Fermentation

Current situations of the development of the biogas fermentation technology is systematically introduced in this paper.This paper also puts forward a kind of new methods and control new system frame structure about dry anaerobic fermentation intelligent monitoring.This system use PLC as the lower controller,the PC and the force control configuration software as the senior controller to realize centralized management of the data which need collected and processed in the research on methane fermentation and the real-time monitoring about fermentation process.The system has automatic collect real-time detecting data function,its high flexibility,high control precision and strong portability made it has the significant practical significance to provide a new feasible method of optimization control for the technological process and improve the productivity of the gas production.
