A CMOS current controlled oscillator for switching power supply

A CMOS current controlled oscillator is presented,in which reference current sources produced by reference voltage and an outside resister are used to charge and discharge capacitors.Its frequency could be adjusted in the range of 660 kHz～4.15 MHz by changing the value of the resister.
