Property Research of Nano-cellulose Film Enhanced Poly(Vinyl Alcohol)Through Immersion Method

Nano-cellulose with high length ratio was extracted from wood powder by combination approach of PH and mechanical ways.The transparent nano-cellulose film with high-strength was further processed by vacuum filter.Nano-cellulose/PVA composite film was prepared after immersion into PVA solution and dried the solution.Through the test,the elastic modulus of composite film increased by 200%.The transparency of nano-cellulose film was 86.9%and the transparency of composite film reached up to 84.8%.
