Study on TCP connection recovery time from link blockage in SOTM

Focusing on the blockage of Satcom-on-the-Move(SOTM) link,the paper studied the TCP connection recovery time from blockage,and derived the expressions to compute the recovery time.At the end of the paper,the simulations results were given,which play an important part in the study of TCP performance in SOTM link and in enhancing the wide applications of SOTM.
