Flow performance analysis of LAN based on cross entropy

Aiming at the flow of LAN,defining the flow normalization probability,a model on the relationship between flow and capacity,based on cross entropy,is built to simulate and analyse the impact of the flow normalization probability on network performance.By comparison of the simulated flow and the reality flow,in TCP and FTP protocol data transmission process,the error of flow normalization probability is presented.The results can be applied to optimize 1 000 Mb/s and above LAN.
