Research on the SAR Phase Image Compression

Image data compression is the key technology of synthetic aperture radar(SAR).Yet data compression of phase image plays an important role in signal processing for SAR.The compressed algorithm of phase image is based on trellis coded quantization.Using the image of RADARSAT to do the experiment,the simulation results show that the proposed algorithms are efficient and effective.
