Reviews on the Mechanism of Settling Dispute in Domain Ownership in China's Sport Competitions

Adopted the methods of documentary analysis,logic analysis and so on, this study conducted a research on the mechanism of settling disputes(MOSD) in the domain ownership on the internet in sport competitions in China.This study explored the current mechanism of settling disputes(MOSD) and the existing problems in the implementation of the MOSD,which was adopted to solve the disputes on the domain ownership-violating cases in large-scale sport competitions in China.Several suggestions aiming to enhance the protection of domain ownership on the internet in sport competitions in China were proposed.
