Using even random number to calculate assessment index weght is presented.Based on attribute means clustering,attribute synthetic measure is solved by using real coding based accelerateing genetic algorithm.Attribute synthetic assessment system is inproved,and discussed to application to the assessment of groundwater vulnerability to pollution,in order to offer scientific policy-making foundation for exploiting underground drinking water city.
