On the Academic Nature of Higher Education Journal Editing

The journal editing of higher learning institution must persist in its academic nature, be able to stand on the peak position, nurture the sense of academic value, build intellectual plateau. These are effective ways to improve the discriminating ability to manuscripts, and the key to raise the journal quality as well.
