Digital libraries and traditional libraries should come into being as one library pattern rather than two,and finally become hybrid.Users' requirements are the driving forces in the development of hybrid libraries,technological advances will promote the development of hybrid libraries.To develop a hybrid library is an inherent requirement for libraries.Hybrid libraries are in a process of involution and continuous development.
