Design of Oil Transportation Management System based on IC Card Technology

In order to realize the digital management of oil field transferring procedure, in view of oil gathering station's production management, a management system based on IC technology is proposed. Then the hardware circuit design and organization architecture and key techniques of the solution are discussed. Practice has proved that the solution comes to the anticipative target.
