A High Efficient Method of Data Compression Management in Distributed Measurement and Control System

In this paper,a method of data compression storage is proposed.It can manage history data in a measurement and control system efficiently.Even with a large number of data to monitor,a compression ratio up to 1∶30 can be obtained.Moreover,it has the advantage of more effective data retrieval.The details of its implementation are provided here.This method can be used in many other applications.
