Digital Signals Intelligent Fault Diagnosis of Electric Locomotive SS7E

The structure of the detection and diagnosis system of Electric Locomotive SS7E is introduced.On the basis of thoroughly analyzing and comparing the structures and control principles of domestic locomotives,the full set of digital check points and fault points of SS7E are given.The method to get regulations from the fault tree is described.The high-efficiency reasoning mechanism is deduced.The intelligent fault diagnosis data bank of SS7E is constructed and the data structure is explained.The digital signals fault diagnosis system is developed,which is based on the logical control units,microcomputer,color display screen and industry control computer.The on-board experiments indicate that the system has the reliable and real-time advantages.
