The paper introduces an electrical parameters measure and data transmission system which is consistitued by a high speed 51 series microcosmputerC8051F020.This system can supervise the threephase voltage,current,power,(energy),power factor and so on in realtime and correctly.Particularly introduces the measure theory of frequency and phasic dispersion,A/D conversion,and gives the system′s power supply,then discusses several data transmission methods:RS 485,CAN,and GPRS communication.This can be used in home electricity user and transformer′s longdistance electrical parameters measure and supervise in electrical system.
