Research on Structural Ambiguity in Chinese Automatic Syntactic Parsing

Structural ambiguity is one of the most difficult points in Chinese automatic syntactic parsing system. Analyzing and discussing its type and disambiguation strategies will contribute to improve the accuracy of Chinese syntactic parsing system. Based on the analysis of ambiguous structure and its examples, three basic types are given, and the reasons for structural ambiguity are also gained, and then some disambiguation strategies, especially based on examples, are discussed.
