A improved TCP protocol in wireless network

In order to improve TCP performance in wireless networks,in this paper,an effective protocol: TCP-AP(Transport Control Protocol with AP) protocol was designed.In TCP-AP protocol,by communicating between different layers,the sender can differentiate whether congestion causes packet losses,or wireless transmission error causes packet losses.And then,the sender can select suitable means to reduce packet losses.TCP performance is improved greatly.Finally,TCP-AP protocol performance is checked,using network simulator.
