Research on Structuralization Method for Earthquake Emergency Cases Under the Condition of Incompleteness Information

Earthquake emergencies are characterized with urgency,destruction and incompleteness of information,and do a great harm to the safety for people's lives and property. Case-based reasoning is an effective method for emergency disposal and case representation is the basis of case-based reasoning. However,the current methods of case representation are not involved in the incompleteness of information for emergencies,which weakens the effectiveness of emergency case representation and affects the accuracy of case retrieval and the effect of case adaptation. On the basis of case representation research,this paper introduces mass function of evidence theory into the framework representation method and propose the framework representation method for earthquake emergency cases under the condition of incompleteness insormation according to structured and quantitative requirements of case-based reasoning. Then it puts forward retrieval methods for earthquake emergency cases under the condition of incompleteness information. Finally,it the proposed case representation and retrieval method for earthquake emergency cases under the condition of incompleteness information is verified for application.
