Method of medical image registration based on optical flow field

An elastic registration technique for medical image based on optical flow field is presented in this paper.In this method,from the lowest resolution,the approximate images are registered by optical flow field,and then reconstruct the image,up to the highest resolution.The experiments show this method is effective for medical image with less deformation.
