Using double Q 2 rescaling parameters gave by the Q 2 rescaling parameters' empiric formula of the double Q 2 rescaling model,we calculate the cross section ratio of Drell Yan process in P W collision to P D collision.The rusult is in good agreetment with the experimental data.The double Q 2 rescaling parameter's empiric formula had been tested.
