Supernetwork of the Emergency for Association of Disasters

Natural disasters often cause huge losses and secondary disasters,resulting in disaster chains and greater losses.Disasters and their secondary disasters are correlation with the geo-environment.From the system point of view,the hypernetwork model of geo-ontology and the network of emergency are developed.Through analyzing the properties of the hypernetwork model,the relationship between emergencies and geo-environment is discussed.Firstly,the network of emergencies is set and then the network of geo-ontology is constructed,of which topologic properties and rules of creation are advanced.The supernetwork between the network of geo-ontology and the network of emergency is built.Based on the hypernetwork,the similarity between the geo-environment of two emergencies is calculated using the tree kernel.The concurrent strengths between the emergencies are calculated using the similarity.The aggregation behavior of the emergencies is found through the calculation.
