Informationization:the Key to Improvement of Construction Enterprises' Core Competence

The building of informationization in our country's construction enterprises is very urgent with the tide of informationization.The paper discusses the theoretical meaning of the core competence and sets forth the key effect on improving the construction enterprises of technology,management and conformity capability.There are some problems in the construction enterprises,such as the cognition,the informationization criterion,the range of use,management and qualified personnel.The paper points out the building of one foundation and two systems and states some implement sequence of informationization and measures.
